You should only send electronic/digital files, photographs or colour slides/transparencies. (NO negatives, please.) Please remove the transparency if it is in a glass slide holder. Do not write on the reverse of the photograph, as this damages the front of the picture. The quality of the finished card is totally dependent on the quality of your original, so please ensure that only good quality images are selected. Any imperfections in your image will be exaggerated if enlarged. We do offer a retouching service if required. Pack your picture carefully, preferably between two pieces of stiff card. Keep a duplicate picture or transparency, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage while in transit. If you wish to supply your job electronically on disk or by email attachment, please read our Electronic Media Checklist (150KB PDF) before you proceed. (Right-click or control-click to download the PDF to disk.) This will give you all the information necessary to produce trouble-free digital artwork for your job. |
